If you’re visiting us for the first time, there a few things you should know when you come in for your initial appointment.

A thorough Initial Assessment will be performed by one of our physiotherapists.
The treating physiotherapist will then provide an explanation of your condition.
A treatment plan will be designed specifically for you together with monitoring your progress.
A personalised Exercise Program will also usually (but not always) be created for you to improve your functionality and encourage self management

Part of a good overall treatment plan is the inclusion of strengthening, stretching and adoption of healthy postures and activities. Usually the way you move and position yourself outside of the treatment session has a significant impact on your healing and recovery. Identifying these factors and equipping you with self-management and prevention strategies is a vital part of the treatment process. Hence, exercises are a crucial part of healing.

There is parking for patients available out the front of the practice on Bell Street for a one hour duration. The other side of the road has two hour parking and there is also parking at the rear of our practice. Just ring the bell at the back door.
